Anti Ragging Act
Ragging of junior students is strictly banned. Any student found indulging in ragging of any form, will be summarily restricted by the head of institute.
Ragging is a punishable offence under law and the student will be dismissed from the institute without any notice or warning and name may be reported to police for legal action.
Ragging in any form or at any place is strictly prohibited.
In view of the directions of the Hon’ble Supreme Court and UGC Regulations thereof, Parnami Group of College has taken the following preventive measures to eliminate the scourge of ragging among the students and to ensure healthy environment, both physical and psychological.
(1) Constitution of Anti Ragging Committee
(2) Mentoring Cell
(3) Affidavit by Students
(4) Affidavit by Parents
(5) Declaration of intent in the College Prospectus and website as per UGC guidelines
(6) Meetings by Principal with various functionaries/agencies
